Ordering Process
No membership registration is required on this website. After selecting your product, please enter your name, a valid email address, and contact phone number on the checkout page. Once payment is received, the PDF knitting pattern will be automatically sent to your designated email address. Orders will not be considered valid until payment has been completed.

Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope of Application
Products sold on this website include:
- Digital Products (Electronic Files): Such as knitting patterns, PDFs, and other downloadable digital items.
- Physical Products: Such as yarn, tools, and related physical accessories.
The following terms apply to both product types; however, implementation standards may vary depending on the nature of the product. Please read carefully.
2. Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products (Electronic Files)
- Digital products refer to electronic file content available for download, online access, or instant transmission (excluding physical goods).
- Due to the nature of digital products, which can be permanently saved and used once delivered, this website is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. By placing an order, you agree that digital products are not eligible for return or refund.
- If the digital product you purchased contains defects due to errors, omissions, or technical issues that prevent normal access or use, this website will provide corrections, re-delivery, or replacement to ensure the product meets the described standards and quality.
3. Return & Refund Policy for Physical Products
- For physical products purchased online, consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period in accordance with Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. Within seven days after receiving the product, consumers may cancel the contract without providing any reason and without additional charges.
- The 7-day cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned products must be in unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Certain products may not be eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period (such as customized products or perishable goods). Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
4. Refund Process & Handling
- If your request meets the return criteria (for physical products) or defect conditions (for digital products), please contact customer service at [email protected] within 7 days and provide your order details and supporting evidence.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, refunds or re-delivery will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
- For digital products that have already been downloaded or fully accessed, performance of the contract is considered complete, and refunds will generally not be provided.
